Jeśli znajdę rozwiązanie od razu dam znać klientowi.

If I find a solution I'll let the customer know right away.

Staram się uważnie słuchać i zachować spokój.

I try to listen carefully and stay calm.

Muszę zająć się tą sprawą jak najszybciej.

I need to deal with this issue as soon as possible.

Wrócę do klienta z odpowiedzią później.

I'll get back to the customer later.

No worries. I'll try to sort it out.

W obsłudze klienta uważnie słucham i staram się znaleźć rozwiązanie. Jeśli nie znam odpowiedzi sprawdzam szczegóły. Potem wracam do klienta i wyjaśniam sprawę.

In customer service I listen carefully and try to find a solution. If I don't know the answer I check the details. Then I get back to the customer and sort the issue out.
