Good morning!

Oggi vi presento la mia famiglia. Io sono il padre, mi chiamo Gennaro Pirlo, ho trentasette anni, e lavoro come scrittore e giornalista da quando ne avevo venti.

Today I introduce you to my family. I am the father, my name is Gennaro Pirlo, I am thirty-seven years old, and I have been working as a writer and journalist since I was twenty.

Mia moglie si chiama Antonella Totti, ha trentacinque anni ed è una splendida attrice di teatro.

My wife is called Antonella Totti, she is thirty-five years old and she is a splendid theater actress.

La nostra famiglia è composta anche da altre due persone, i nostri figli, Manuela che ha diciassette anni anni, e Marco che ha quindici anni, e poi c'è anche Tremendo, il cane che vive con noi da nove anni, ed è parte della famiglia.

Our family is also made up of two other people, our children, Manuela who is seventeen, and Marco who is fifteen, and then there is also Tremendo, the dog who has lived with us for nine years, and is part of the family.

Viviamo tutti nella nostra splendida casa con un grande giardino.

We all live in our beautiful house with a large garden.

Mio figlio fa il DJ e suona la batteria, mia figlia invece adora dipingere ed è una pittrice.

My son is a DJ and plays drums, my daughter, on the other hand, loves painting and is a painter.

Frequentano entrambi il liceo Scientifico e hanno ottimi voti a scuola.

They both attend high school and have excellent grades in school.
