What changed my life and how it change my life? I’m not going to lie that the hardest part of getting prepared for this speech was to find the answer for this questions.
I am really ambitious and when I have an aim I always seek to it’s achievement. I was going to have a new habit. To work out. It sounds easy but as you probably know sometimes it might be hard or sometimes you just have no strength to do anything.
There is always devil on your shoulder saying that you don’t have time or that it’s easier to watch some series and eat ice cream or take a nap. But those are only a terrible excuses, temptations that you have to face and defeat.
For example I’m going to work out every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday or I’m going to work out every day for thirty days or I’m going not to eat sweets for two weeks or something like that.

But I didn’t give up and I found a new motivation. And it might sound silly and ridiculously but I found it buying a smartwatch. When I am working out and seeing calories which disappear I can see my aim at my fingertips.
Now it’s going to be my third month I train every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. With no exceptions. Even when I have I headache, even when I’m exhausted and even when I should study I exercise.
Although I’ve been practicing only for three months I am proud of me that I am still doing this. And I can see some results. Of course those aren’t really visible changes but for me those are small steps to my aim.
For example I’ve got more energy and I feel more self-confident. Even now while sitting closed at home during quarantine. Or I am just more stretched out.
My idea changed my life and I believe that it will have also a great impact on it in the future. All I need is not to forget that this month’s choices are next month’s results.
