X: Hi Mija. The idea of public transport being free is great. I can go wherever I want without worring about the tickets. The environment also benefits from this because less people drive cars. Do you think it would work out i your city as well?

I don't think so. The public transport here is underdeveloped. That means that the mayor would have to incurs high costs of fixing it. That might cost too much for the city.

X: I see. Do you think that if the idea could be implemented, it would be a success?

Well, I think people value comfort too much and prefer to drive thier cars. Therefore, urfortunately, the action would not be effective.

X: Pity. So what about the environment?

Reducing the number of cars would be very beneficial for the environment and also for people. But in our city we will have to focus on other forms of caring for the environment.
