"Invoke" usually means to appeal to something, like a law or a power, for help, so that translates to "powoływać się na."

"Evoke," is about bringing something to mind, like memories or emotions, which would be "przywoływać" or "wywoływać."

to commission something usually means to officially hire someone to create something special for you, like a piece of art or a custom product. Ordering, on the other hand, is more about purchasing something that already exists or is readily available

'to affect' means to produce a change in something, to influence it. 'To impact' is, again, similar, but implies a stronger, more significant influence, sometimes with a touch of force to it, like striking something.

"Rise" means something goes up itself, like "the sun rises." "Raise" means you are lifting something up, like "you raise your hand."—

"Wrong" can be all three. You can say something is "wrong" (adjective), talk about doing a "wrong" to someone (noun), or say that someone "wronged" you by treating you unfairly (verb).
