To dobry argument ale musimy też wziąć pod uwagę koszty.

That's a good point but we also need to take the costs into account.

Z jednej strony rozumiem ten pomysł.

On the one hand I understand the idea.

Z drugiej strony może to spowodować więcej problemów.

On the other hand it could cause more problems.

Możemy się zgodzić że mamy różne zdania.

We can agree to disagree.

Właściwie zaczynam dostrzegać twój punkt widzenia.

Actually I'm starting to see your point.

Ostatecznie najważniejsze jest znalezienie rozwiązania.

At the end of the day the main thing is to find a solution.

Nie zawsze zgadzam się z innymi. Staram się jednak słuchać ich argumentów i spokojnie wyjaśniać swoje zdanie. Nawet jeśli się różnimy możemy znaleźć wspólne rozwiązanie.

I don't always agree with others. Still I try to listen to their arguments and explain my view calmly. Even if we disagree we can find a solution together.
