Najpierw sprawdzam czy mam wszystkie potrzebne informacje.

First I check if I have all the information I need.

Potem przechodzę przez dokument krok po kroku.

Then I go through the document step by step.

Właśnie skończyłam pierwszy etap procesu.

I've just finished the first stage of the process.

Jeszcze nie sprawdziłam ostatnich danych.

I haven't checked the final data yet.

Jeśli czegoś brakuje kontaktuję się z odpowiednią osobą.

If something is missing I get in touch with the right person.

Muszę upewnić się że wszystkie dane są poprawne.

I need to make sure all the information is correct.

Po sprawdzeniu zapisuję dokument we właściwym folderze.

After checking it I save the document in the right folder.

Na końcu informuję osobę która czeka na dokument.

At the end I let the person waiting for the document know.

Właściwie ten proces jest prostszy niż się wydaje.

Actually the process is simpler than it seems.

Gdy już wiesz jak to działa wszystko idzie sprawniej.

Once you know how it works everything goes more smoothly.

Najpierw sprawdzam informacje i przechodzę przez dokument. Jeśli czegoś brakuje kontaktuję się z odpowiednią osobą. Na końcu zapisuję dokument i informuję że jest gotowy.

First I check the information and go through the document. If something is missing I contact the right person. At the end I save the document and let them know it's ready.
